Sea’s Edge was perfect in every way. The location was close to town. The view from the house is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. The house was a perfect set up for our group of 4 couples. The management company was wonderful to work with every step of the way and they were super responsive if we had an issue or question. I would come stay at this house annually if I could!!

We have been to St. John many times and have rented several villas, Waterfall was top notch amazing. Having the main portion of the house on the same level as the pool topped it off. Not to mention the spectacular views from our bedroom, the living room, the back porch, and pool. The tranquil sound of the waterfall in the pool was incredibly relaxing.
The house itself was very comfortable and inviting. Even the squiggly driveway added fun character!

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Waterfall Villa, this was our 2nd time staying here and we love it! The villa has everything we want on our vacation checklist. We will be coming back

This was the third visit to Terrahawk for our group of 4 friends (two couples). We love the location, with peace and quiet plus spectacular views from the deck. Oppenheimer/Gibney Beach is a favorite destination on the island and just a short walk across the road. We noticed improvements to the property since our last visit— new water heater and a refresh of the kitchen which we all appreciated. Terrahawk is well located—close enough to town to facilitate shopping and dining out, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to allow for a peaceful island experience.

We spent much of our time at the villa, shopped and cooked for ourselves mostly, and were extremely comfortable and pleased. A thoroughly relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful spots on St John - or anywhere else! Enjoyed the national park beaches; spent 1 day in town, but otherwise on our own and visiting many longtime friends on St John

Our family had a wonderful vacation. This house is very convenient to beaches and eating. We loved the view. Everything about it was wonderful.
