How Things Work at
Catered To Vacation Homes

Before you Arrive:

• You call our office and speak to our experienced staff, all full time residents of St. John, who will match your group to the perfect villa.

• Once you have decided to rent we ask for a 50% deposit of the rental amount as well as a $50 reservation fee and $50 Security Deposit Waiver. 60 days before your arrival we receive the remaining payment.

• We are located on the beautiful island of St. John and are available six days a week to answer your questions, either by phone (800) 424-6641 or by email at: info@cateredto.com. Once you arrive we also provide you with an emergency phone number that is manned day and night to help should you have a problem.

• We send you our complete directions to help you get from the Airport on St. Thomas to the ferry dock on St. John. Read "Do Not Leave Home Without It" to see what to do.

Arriving on St. John:

• On the day you arrive, you take a taxi and ferry to the dock at the quaint town of Cruz Bay where our experienced greeter meets you.

• We escort you to pick up your rental car and then guide you to your luxury villa.

• The lavishly furnished villa has everything you need, including linens, beach towels, all kitchen utensils, ice chests and beach chairs.

• Your private villa has a guest guide with a hand selected list of wonderful activities, restaurants and services available here on St. John.

• Our Concierge service offers you the ability to book day trips and other activities before you arrive so that you will be sure of being able to participate in all of the activities you enjoy.
